About Us
Absolute Tranquility was started by Jillian Hubbel in April of 2003, although back then it was called Massage By Jillian. When it became apparent that this was growing into more than a one woman show, Jillian decided to start grooming the business for bigger and better things.
Absolute Tranquility is extremely proud to present to you two very talented and professional massage therapists. Please take a moment to read about them.
Jillian Hubbel graduated from Abrahms College in April of 2003. There she obtained certificates in Swedish Massage, Shiatsu, Chair Massage, Sports Massage, Aromatherapy, and Deep Tissue. She continued to improve her skill by training in Prenatal Massage, Cellulite Massage, Myo-fascial Release, Hot Stone Massage, Body Wraps and Polishes, Body Waxing and ear piercing. In Addition to her training in practical massage, she has received extensive training in practical business management as it pertains to the day-spa industry. She has mastered techniques in headache relief and sciatic pain relief. She has created an elegant, relaxing environment for you to come and de-stress!
Karen Thompson graduated from Touching for Health School of Massage in September of 2003 with certificates in Swedish Massage and Sports Massage. She completed classes in Soft Tissue Release and Injury Prevention from Healing Arts Institution. She continued her education through several hands on workshops including Hot Stone Therapy, Deep Tissue, and Body Wraps and Polishes. She has mastered special techniques to relieve headaches and stress. With a peaceful environment and soothing touch, Karen provides you with a place to escape from pain and stress.
Danielle Snyder graduated from the Safavi Institute of Cosmetology and Esthetics, A Paul Mitchell Partner School in 2007. There she earned certificates in Effective Skin Analysis, European Facial, Galvanic and High Frequency Machines, and Face and Body Waxing. She continues to cultivate her knowledge and skill through post-graduate classes including Effective Treatment of Acneic Skin; Skin Exfoliation Techniques; Sensitive Skin Treatments; Puberty, Pregnancy, and Menopause; and, Effective Face Treatments for Males. In addition to her esthetics training, Danielle also specializes in cosmetic application techniques having worked as a freelance make-up artist for eleven years. She offers you a comforting and relaxing environment, while achieving the goals that your skin needs.
